Camel: Klanglandschaften jenseits des Mainstreams

Ein kalter Wind fegt über die karge Bühne. Die Scheinwerfer werfen lange Schatten, als die ersten Klänge einer Flöte die Stille durchbrechen – zart, fast mystisch. Dann setzt ein pulsierender Bass ein, gefolgt von einem präzisen Schlagzeugbeat und schließlich einer Gitarre, deren Melodien wie flüssiges Gold durch den Raum fließen. Es ist nicht die bombastische Inszenierung einer Stadionrockband, die das Publikum erwartet, sondern eine Einladung in eine Welt komplexer Klangteppiche und emotionaler Tiefe. Kein Applaus für Scheiße: Die ungeschönte Realität der Sleaford Mods

Ein schaler Biergeruch hängt in der Luft, gemischt mit dem Dunst kalten Zigarettenrauchs. Irgendwo läuft leise ein Fernseher, Nachrichten über Sparmaßnahmen, steigende Preise, die übliche Leier. Auf einer kleinen, improvisierten Bühne steht ein Laptop auf einem wackeligen Tisch. Daneben ein Mann, Mitte vierzig, starrt ins Leere, nippt an seiner Dose, während aus den Boxen ein roher, repetitiver Beat dröhnt, ein Basslauf, der sich wie ein Magengeschwür anfühlt. Dann tritt ein zweiter Mann ans Mikrofon, drahtig, energiegeladen, spuckt Worte aus, die keine Melodie suchen, sondern die Wände tapezieren mit dem Frust, der Wut und der absurden Komik des Alltags am unteren Rand der Gesellschaft. Es ist kein Konzert im klassischen Sinne, eher eine öffentliche Abrechnung, eine akustische Momentaufnahme des Zerfalls. Willkommen in der Welt der Sleaford Mods.

Compte rendu de la réunion du jeudi 1er mai chez Eden
- Organiser cette réunion en jour férié n'a pas été simple, mais les participants ont pu discuter plusieurs points essentiels.
- Points abordés
- Tour rapide des versions OpenSimulator Osgrid a repris après une longue absence, ce qui a entraîné une diminution du nombre de visiteurs chez certaines grilles. La mise à jour vers la version 9.3 a été discutée, mais des propriétaires de grilles préfèrent d'attendre la version stable 9.31 avant de franchir le pas. Un problème a été soulevé concernant les environnements : lors du passage en HG vers certaines grilles, l'avatar conserve son environnement sans possibilité de le modifier.
- Organisation d'une chasse au trésor inter-grilles L'idée de mettre en place une chasse au trésor entre différentes grilles a été évoquée. Les modalités et la faisabilité de cette activité restent à définir.
La réunion s'est terminée avec un rappel des prochaines étapes et des décisions à venir sur la mise à jour et l'organisation de l'événement sur les grilles. RDV à la prochaine réunion

A group of Terminators got together for a fancy dress party.

It was a themed party and the theme was famous classical composers.

Unfortunately chaos ensued almost right away.

The couldn't agree on which one would be Bach....
