Deceptive business practices. When one calls a property a virtual reality ESTATE - REPEATEDLY - and a 4x4, this is a lie. A SINGLE REGION is a single region. I have had my account canceled. I'll be interested in see if if next month I am charged because apparently language and standard definitions are not to be assumed to be shared realities.

Why Can't I Post An Event?
I tried to post an event, but I don't see how I go about doing it? Anyways, I am a DJ and I plan to DJ at 3PM on Friday, February 2nd, 2018 with my Great Canadian Grid avatar at the Great Canadian Pub. Any help about posting this would be appreciated.

Island Oasis is on OpenSim?
Today I ran across the Halloween region on the Island Oasis grid(created by Sophia Paolino). I thought Island Oasis was a closed world? Or are some parts accessible to OpenSim. I stopped playing Island Oasis cuz no one was there!!! How long has this been available?

I have had some dreadful news this morning to all who know Funny-Rides the owner my friend Goldenmoon Sunday, is currently hospitalized due to illness. With no clear indication of when, or whether, she will be able to return, she has made the difficult decision to step away from managing the grid.
To help protect the community and the work she has put into it, Goldenmoon has offered AviWorlds the opportunity to provide a new home for any Funny-Rides residents who choose to join them. This is a hard decision for us that just got our regions up and running sadly for me I not sure yet I do have lot of respect for AviWorlds not sure wether to move again its just too much. For those that supported me in building I am not closing just a new chapter now just have to decide where so will let all know once we decide till then thank you to Goldenmoon Sunday for the hard work and total support she gave me and all of us on Funny Rides Grid.

You will notice our website is inactive, that is because we are transitioning to Joomla 4. fingers crossed 6.2 is coming, its been a bit quiet. But in order for 6.2 you have to update to 4 first.
I got it successfully on Joomla 4, now we have to get it looking like a website and re enable plugins/modules one by one so we dont crash the site. The previous template we used isn't compatible with 4.
Chat gpt was a big help in helping me figure out which plugin was causing the MysqliDriver::query() error, since its deprecated in 4.

I’m on Wolf Territories now. Before that, I spent years in a certain non‑hypergrid virtual world starting in 2006. I left for over a decade because it was too expensive and too technically demanding. When I returned, I found myself boxed in again — prim limits, permission limits, high costs, and almost no free resources. I limped along.
Then I went to OSCC in Nov 2020. I saw the educators who had already escaped the old world. They had better avatars, better tools, better environments. One of them showed me around, and that was it — I was home.
I’m an educator with 32 years of consulting experience and Fortune‑level clients. That old world once helped me build a business presence that made serious money from 2007–2010. Even with restrictions, we proved what could be done.
But my criteria have always been different from the average hypergrid resident:
- Tech first. Support first.
- Community optional.
- Forward motion mandatory.

These are my standards. They won’t fit everyone, and that’s fine.
