So if it`s raining on ur region, it inserts automatically an cloudy/rainy EEP sky on your region - owner no longer need be online to change it. (working with 4 variations - Total clear sky, partial cloudy sky, cloudy/raining/snowing sky and foggy sky. Still running some tests and also checking if it will work at least on the big grids.
