Here are some tips to take care of your heart:

Laugh a lot: Laughter is a natural medicine: it reduces stress and improves your mood, releases endorphins that reduce the perception of pain and improves blood circulation. It also improves blood circulation, so laugh often and hard!

Dance like no one's watching: Dancing is a great way to exercise and keep your heart healthy, so put on your dancing shoes and move to your favorite music.

Eat chocolate: Good news for chocolate lovers! Dark chocolate has antioxidant properties that can be beneficial for your heart. Of course, as always, everything in moderation.

Hug someone: A hug can increase the release of oxytocin, the "love hormone," and reduce stress, which can be good for your heart.

A little red wine can be beneficial for heart health thanks to its antioxidants and polyphenols. However, the positive effects of red wine on heart health are quite modest and should not be used as a justification for excessive drinking

Do something that makes you happy: When you do something you enjoy, your body releases endorphins, which can reduce inflammation and improve heart health. So find something that makes you happy and do it regularly.

Remember that it's important to continue to take care of your heart with healthy habits, such as exercising regularly, eating a balanced diet, not smoking and managing stress.

Lesson One:
A crow was sitting on a tree, doing nothing all day. A small rabbit
saw the crow & asked him, "Can I also sit like you & do nothing all day
long?" The crow answered: "Sure, why not." So, the rabbit sat on
the ground below the crow, and rested. All of a sudden, a fox appeared,
jumped on the rabbit and ate it.

Management Lesson?
To be sitting and doing nothing, you must be sitting very, very high
up.

Lesson Two:
A turkey was chatting with a bull. "I would love to be able to get to
the top of that tree," sighed the turkey, "but I haven't got the
energy." "Well, why don't you nibble on some of my droppings?" replied
the bull. "They're packed with nutrients." The turkey pecked at a lump of
dung, found it actually gave him enough strength to reach the lowest
branch of the tree. The next day, after eating some more dung, he
reached the second branch. Finally after a fourth night, he was
proudly perched at the top of the tree. Soon he was promptly spotted by
a farmer, who shot the turkey out of the tree.

Management Lesson?
Bull Shit might get you to the top, but it won't keep you there.

Lesson Three:
A little bird was flying south for the winter. It was so cold the bird
froze and fell to the ground in a large field. While it was lying
there, a cow came by and dropped some dung on it. As the frozen bird lay
there in the pile of cow dung, it began to realize how warm it was.
The dung was actually thawing him out! He lay there all warm and
happy, and soon began to sing for joy. A passing cat heard the bird singing
and came to investigate. Following the
sound, the cat discovered the bird under the pile of cow dung
and promptly dug him out and ate him.

Management Lesson?
1) Not everyone who shits on you is your enemy.
2) Not everyone who gets you out of shit is your friend.
3) And when you're in deep shit, it's best to keep your mouth shut!

We've been having an issue for some time now, that all our Grid is up, but the beacons say offline for most or all of the sims.

We don't use the Dreamgrid 'pause', and every time I check, the sim is up and well. I do resets of the sims when I notice, which does get the beacon to work again - but be aware that most of the time, a particular sim is likely really available and running :)

Just paste in the SURL and give it a try!

The Stark North District is more than just an extension to Stark Islands. It's a full new region with the main sim North District plus 2 nice residential sims Archipelago and Causeway and an impressive nature sim called Straits. The main sim North District holds a bunch of shops. There are also some possibilities for nice roleplays.

The North District region is connected directly to Stark Islands, means you can even walk from the Stark Islands main sim to North District by crossing the whole region. Well, if you dont have the time or you are too lazy, you can go by boat or teleporter.

The land of Xzar is coming along. I can't believe it has been only 4 months since I migrated to the Genesis RP grid! What a journey! I am building this fantasy world based on my story for the 5th time!! I am this [ ] close to inviting you all to come to have a look. The land of Xzar is a mixture of past, present, and future. This is one of my latest builds. McCall Technologies is a Robotics company and this is the corporate hive. I just can't figure out what to do with the front. Any suggestions? I love building fountains so they are all over the place. Still, it is one option. I am thinking of jet fountains along the sides in front. Or they could be planters. Shrug.
