Today is November 1st and in just 10 more days on November 11th, we pay special tribute to our Military Veterans who served this country faithfully and as they say, "All gave some and some gave all". TODAY, November 1st we will be celebrating ĂlfablĂłt the Nordic celebration that honors the spirits of a familyâs ancestors, loved ones who have gone before s in this life, and the familyâs ongoing vitality. It's sort of a cross between Halloween and Thanksgiving, and it's celebrated in the homes by the families. This year we're celebrating ĂlfablĂłt over in Birch Springs which is nestled in the beautiful and peaceful land of Bjrkeya which is governed by the Jarl Thorvaldr Ragnarsson, and his Partner Aelgifu Sveynsdottir.
The festivities begin at 2pm GRID time (That's Pacific time), and Thorvaldr & Aelgifu (Elle to us) will be hosting this event.
Music of the era and some unique music will be provided by DJ Lavia.
Dress: We're partying like it's 999 or maybe 1025, so Medieval, Elf, Viking garb if you have it - if not, hey come as a Dinkie or even just a regular Avatar outfit like jeans and T. However you dress, come and join us!!!

HEY EVERYONE!!! This coming Saturday, TOMORROW, November 1st we will be celebrating ĂlfablĂłt the Nordic celebration that honors the spirits of a familyâs ancestors, loved ones who have gone before s in this life, and the familyâs ongoing vitality. It's sort of a cross between Halloween and Thanksgiving, and it's celebrated in the homes by the families. This year we're celebrating ĂlfablĂłt over in Birch Springs which is nestled in the beautiful and peaceful land of Bjrkeya which is governed by the Jarl Thorvaldr Ragnarsson, and his Partner Aelgifu Sveynsdottir.
The festivities begin at 2pm GRID time (That's Pacific time), and Thorvaldr & Aelgifu (Elle to us) will be hosting this event.
Music of the era will be provided by DJ Lavia.
Dress: We're partying like it's 999 or maybe 1025, so Medieval, Elf, Viking garb if you have it - if not, hey come as a Dinkie or even just a regular Avatar outfit like jeans and T. However you dress, come and join us!!!
