I'm looking for the "Stuff" boxes. They contain some of the first items imported to OS. These items are so old that they are once again new. Many of these high quality items are not in shops now. I'll be offering a curated selection of these items at the Black Market shop. Stop by now for items from the Stuff boxes with retro stuff.

I knew of 3 locations with a collection of the boxes. Two are now closed, and I forget the name of the other one. I'm looking for the names of places that have them and/or copies of any boxes you have,

has someone ever made a nice wheat or barley field? just tried it with my own texture - but whether it looks like minecraft (but flexy) or I have to put 1000 of flexiprims in long rows by hand?

Does anyone know where I can find high quality BOM clothing? I often use some tops and bottom layers to insert underneath some blazers, jackets and sometimes pants, leggings and jeans with mini dresses.

I think that what OS needs is a script that will launch a chair and the sitter into the air like a fighter pilot's ejection seat. Sound effects - whatever we might imagine a chair like that sounds like when ejected, and some screams like what you'd hear on a carnival ride. The chair returns after a suitable time with the AV changed to look something like the post's image. The script should be able to be set to eject people randomly and/or in response to some trigger. I can supply the concept and the chairs. The rest I need help with. The AV switch will likely be the most difficult part to do.

I hope to use this in the Black Hole Dining Room in my club "Under The Overpass," currently under construction. Come see if you'd like.

Hello Friends. I need a couple of volunteers for Le Beau Retrouve' Art Gallery on Sept 29th during the Fall opening event.
I need a tour guide for the Special Projects Exhibition. This will take place around 11:15am - 12 PM SLT. This is mainly a supportive role to guide people through the exhibit, which is on a 2x2 region attached to the gallery.
The second volunteer I need is a good photographer for the event starting at 12 noon SLT. I want photos of the attendees...think Red Carpet...but also candid photos during the event as well.
I would do all of these things myself, but I will be busy working with the entertainment part of the event, and during, I will be busy greeting guests, answering questions, etc., and generally a nervous wreck.

I'd like help with either making stuff or finding stuff for a Horrible Halloween event. For example:

1. A DJ that streams bad music
• Any suggestions of what music that would be?

2. A location like a ball room of a run-down hotel.

3. Decor
• Moldy fast food.
• Cheap Beer (label textures that would work on existing cans?)
• Cans of Spray Cheese: extra credit bonus points if it actually can “spray” cheese
• Ripped drapery,
• Carpet stain textures
• Decorations that don’t go together at all.
• Trash bag balloons
• Toilet paper streamers
• Cardboard cutouts of tacky celebs like the cast of Jersey Shore or the Kardashians.
• A swimming pool swamp.
• Dance ball filled with ballet, belly dance, and drunken dance animations.
• Poorly dressed NPCs for the dance ball
• A “Pin the Tail on the Donkey” type event called something like “Pin A Kiss On The Ass” This one is complicated.
◦ An open collar-like blindfold that actually makes people unable to see and that will spin them.
◦ A 3-D ass that changes texture on touch to display a lipstick kiss.

4. Party Favors.
• Bling jewelry.
• Little plastic bags of toothpicks. Because, you can never have enough toothpicks.

I used to regularly post a list of recent helpers (and also promoted their regions). I haven't been doing that for a month or more. I'm going to start doing those acknowledgements again, for people whose help I can easily track -- people responding to posted requests.

Unfortunately. much of the help is being done in group chat. You know, group chat, where the comments scroll away out of sight, much like the front page box -- a problem this group, with posts, was supposed to cure.

What do posts have that chat doesn't? Threaded conversations. Conversations anyone can read, follow, and easily understand, and benefit from, at any time. Chat is just one endless stream. I just can't read all that to make out who all is being helpful.

I'm not quite sure yet what to say about why people are using chat instead of posting. It seems to be a way for people, who are largely non-helpers, to engage the small group of helpers more quickly. However, overall, I think it's detrimental to the group.

What would really be helpful is if people responded to requests made in chat by saying "please post that in the group." However, I'm bemused, and resigned to the group doing what it does, regardless of the original purpose and process of requesting and getting help.

wasn't there someone last who was looking for a grotto/Cave? Where I answer "just put Rocks together to make one"... Just found one at iPleasure (R. Lion) --> Landscaping region. it is a skybox but I am sure you can Rez also on ground :-)

I am looking for a dance floor in the shape of a ring with balls on which the dancers can sit. The whole ring rotates slowly. You often see them, I'm looking for a place where I can get something like this.

Where can I find an actual scripted, working with props, kitchen?

Seems everything either has all the moves and none of the tools, or is just a dead hunk of very pretty kitchen furniture.

Willing to pay gloebits, have looked on Kitely Market, everywhere I can think of. The closest I have found is the Cottage Kitchen on the Vault, but there's still no props at all. Have even tried added them according to what seems needed and fail (not good at this sadly!).

I seem to remember from a few years ago, a real selection of working kitchens, at some store somewhere. They were for pay. Any help is appreciated :)

The National Bobblehead Hall of Fame and Museum has 10,500 joyous ceramic figures sitting there waiting to wiggle. Compared to the number of strippers at a club waiting to wiggle, that is a lot more. Compared to the number of jello deserts waiting to wiggle at any one time, that is a lot more wiggling. Compared to... OK, done with that.

Except, compared to the number of bobble-head AVs on OS, National Bobblehead Hall of Fame and Museum has 100% more. That is why, for so many, OS is a joyless place. Let's change that. What I'm looking for is a number of bobble-head AVs that range from 1 to 10,500. OK, make that 20? 10? Can we get 10?

This has been a long post, so let me repeat my request. What I'm looking for is a pony. No, wait, that was for my last birthday. What I'm looking for is a... bobble-head AV!
