A question has to be posed to the community, in regards to illegal activity, preventions and counter measures.

I am the builder of Amoa Nude Beach. Along with my partner Robin, we created a nude beach region that we donated in appreciation to the amazing generosity of the owners of Barefoot-Dreamers grid. A win-win for both, in which my partner and I who have loved nude beaches since our days on secondlife, could enjoy once again. We have permanently left secondlife and no longer have to endure the abuses committed and performed by visitors or owners of those beach sims, some in a pro-active manner. All because we didn't agree with their opinions. But that is another subject altogether and not part of this discussion. We didn't build this beach for massive traffic influx nor profit. We take NO donations, traffic means nothing to us. But exists, for those that wish to enjoy it. Amoa is a place where everyone can enjoy that wishes, without question.

All that is required is 3 BASIC rules to be observed and adhered to. Human, Nude and Adult.

Measures were taken so that this is clearly prevalent BEFORE even arriving. It is shown AS an adult region. The name itself states NUDE. Our very very limited advertising (Since we do not seek waves of avatars and want to keep it comfortable and not overwhelming) states HUMAN. Simple and easy right?

However, recently it has attracted a daily stream of nothing but naked toddlers, naked pre teens, dragons, Japanamation cartoon children, demons, lumberjacks who stand on the landing fully dressed spraying and praying all females on radar and lastly, women dressed in ball room gowns.

I am not one to eject or ban and usually give plenty of warning, in hopes that all will enjoy our creation in whatever way they wish. Our aspirations have been to provide a little of everything for everyone. However, I have held back from providing some amazing custom creations, because of this recent wave of illogical behavior.

The guys dressed as lumberjacks will never stop. Same old excuse, it's to hard to take clothes off, lag, blah blah. Even when I hypergrid, I can still change to a saved outfit within 1 minute, thus proving this is merely an excuse for them to spray and pray every chick with "How are you?", "hru", "U'r Hot, want Fk?" or some other classic pickup lines like "yo" and "Hi Fk?". Because every chick just melts when a guy says those things to them. Which makes me wonder why each of these girls IM me and ask me to save them with a TP.

Which brings me to the question of this article. Is it complete lack of common sense or just a flagrant arrogant disregard of rules or merely laziness (because reading is so hard and takes too much time to read 3 words) for this increased wave of violating visitors?

I have asked some violators, what did we not do to make it clear enough? I was told that I should extend the title of the region name to include all 3 rules, plus add it to the description (even though it already is stated in description). Flagrant arrogant disregard.

Now I know for a fact there already exists pedophilia regions like Golden Sun that is comprised of mostly senior citizens using toddler avatars trying to convince each other that their mic is broken but they are really 12. Why do they feel the need to visit THIS region that clearly states that pedophilia is NOT tolerated? Which indicates a leaning towards flagrant disregard.

Some known pedophiles have already been banned such as a 70 year old man in Alberta Canada that we know his avatars.

But it all brings me back to the original question. Is it Lack of common sense, Complete flagrant arrogant disregard of rules, or just flat out laziness?

I would love to hear the feedback so I can impersonate Spock and say "Fascinating!. I am sure, enquiring minds would like to know.

Well, from time to time you just need a lamp that goes with almost everything. Basic lamps called the "Daily" lamps, they are available in the main shop building. The textures are included so they can be customized and there's also a menu script which includes the option of having them go on and off automatically with the sim day cycle....but, hey, if you want, go ahead, leave the lights on.

A new release today. A very tiny one...it's a little goldfinch. I never made a bird before but I thought the bird bath perhaps needs one and maybe I'll be doing some other bird related things. This guy is in 2 versions, flat feet for the ground and feet to perch on branches and things. He also comes with and without random finch sounds. He's at the main shop by the bird bath of course :)

Clarification for closed grids: Opensimworld is a directory of Hypergrid destinations. Closed regions will not appear in the rankings or directory (just like we don't list Second life regions). Regions that were once open and closed are not deleted, but may remain in the directory for 1 year. They won't appear in the rankings and they are marked as inaccessible, but their pages still exist

Additionally: this only applies to regions that are closed to hypergrid. It is OK to list a region that requires group membership to access for example.

This is a beautiful Heart Bezel solitaire in Ruby. It is bento rigged so it increased the LOD it is a bit heavy. The mesh was reduced 50% prior to rigging too. For those that demand bento, and to the ones who scream at me for being heavy, I have to say, sorry but had to do it!! You can find it in the Bento rings section in the Foyer.

Nach Mitteilung sei Tomi Balboa in der Nacht vom 04. auf 05. Oktober verstorben.
Wir erfuhren dies über eine Woche später am Dienstag den 13.Oktober, dass Tomi Balboa schon von Sonntag, den 04.Oktober auf Montag, den 05.Oktober im Krankenhaus verstorben sein soll.
Smaili dachte dass Tomi Balboa im Krankenhaus ins Koma gelegt worden sei und nach Angaben von Smaili wurde Tomi eine Woche zuvor mit Rettungswageneinsatz am Mittwoch den 23.September wegen Herzinfarkt ins Krankenhaus gebracht und wurde die Woche darauf am Dienstag,den 29.September mit Entlassbrief vom Krankenhaus entlassen und 4 Tage später am Samstag, den 03.Oktober bekam er einen zweiten Herzinfarkt, wir konnten einen Rettungseinsatz veranlassen. Am Sonntag,den 04.Oktober um 10:27 Uhr hatte Tomi Smaili angeschrieben und sagte er sei jetzt im Krankenhaus, nicht intensiv sondern in einem normalen 2 Bett Zimmer mit anderem Patienten zusammen.Er sagte er hätte am Samstag einen zweiten Herzinfarkt bekommen und hofft das es der letzte war, er schrieb noch er sei am Samstag Abend vom Stuhl gefallen und konnte nicht aufstehen und nicht telefonieren, hätte starke Schmerzen gehabt. Seine letzter gemeinsamer Chatkontakt zu Smaili war am Sonntag den 04.Oktober um 17:27 Uhr und ab 19:04 Uhr hatte er nicht mehr geantwortet, deswegen war die Vermutung das er ins Koma versetzt wurde.
Was dann folglich Sonntag auf Montag in der Nacht des 04. auf 05.Oktober im Krankenhaus passiert ist wissen wir nicht. Smaili war noch nicht bereit es zu veröffentlichen dass er verstorben sei.

Smaili believed that Tomi Balboa had been placed in a medically induced coma at the hospital. According to Smaili, Tomi had been taken to the hospital by ambulance a week earlier, on Wednesday, September 23rd, following a heart attack. He was discharged the following week, on Tuesday, September 29th, with a discharge letter. Four days later, on Saturday, October 3rd, he suffered a second heart attack, at which point we were able to arrange for an ambulance. On Sunday, October 4th, at 10:27 a.m., Tomi messaged Smaili to say that he is now in the hospital not in the intensive care unit, but in a standard two-bed room, sharing the space with another patient.He said that he had suffered a second heart attack on Saturday and hoped it would be his last. He also wrote that he had fallen from his chair on Saturday evening and was unable to get up or make a phone call, experiencing severe pain. His last chat interaction with Smaili took place on Sunday, October 4th, at 5:27 PM; he stopped responding at 7:04 PM, which led to the assumption that he had been placed in a medically induced coma.
We do not know what subsequently happened at the hospital during the night from Sunday, October 4th, to Monday, October 5th. Smaili was not yet ready to make the news of his passing public.

Well, it looks like the neighborhood just got a little stranger. Jack and Sally Skellington moved in over the weekend!
