Swap your alarm for the sound of waves. Join us on the sand at 9:30 AM for a yoga class designed to awaken your body and calm your mind. Breathe in the fresh sea air as the sun rises over the ocean.

I have reprogrammed the yoga mats to follow the poses of the instructor automatically. So you needed try to find the right pose, you can relax and stretch on command.
We will have a dance reception afterward and you're welcome to hang out and socialize!

This Saturday October 11th I will be at a funeral, unless urgent I will not give any assistants until I get home later that day.
I will be at a BDSM convention october 16-19th, I will have my computer with me.
October 23rd-26 I will be in town but away with friends at an airbnb. I will have my computer with me
