A Special Addition to Spirit of Dreams
I’ve added a new memorial at Spirit of Dreams to honor my mother, who recently passed. She was a woman of great faith, deep love, and beautiful creativity—and I wanted a space where her memory could live on within the peaceful forest and flowing waters of this sacred sim.
One of the most magical touches: Fred helped bring the memorial to life with a breathtaking moment—a spirit horse leaping gracefully through the DreamCatcher. It’s a powerful, symbolic gesture that reflects transition, strength, and the journey onward. A blessing of True Love.
If you visit Spirit of Dreams, you’re welcome to pause at her stone, rest by the fire, or simply stand beneath the trees and reflect. She would’ve loved the beauty and serenity here… and I feel her presence in every breeze. I love you Fred, thank you for your "genuine" caring. Looking for a New Owner for Coopersville – A 64-Sim-Sized Community in Kitely
Greetings!
I'm looking for a new owner for Coopersville in Kitely — an Edwardian-themed community that spans a 64-sim-sized region. I’m shifting my focus toward updating and adding to my Four Winds store. There are only so many things I can give proper attention to. Coopersville deserves someone who can be a more active community owner and leader.
I plan to give it until the end of April to find someone to take over ownership. The new owner would take over on April 30th, 2025 including the monthly payment.
The monthly cost of $89.95 USD would be grandfathered in. The 64-sim-sized region has 150,000 prims and can support up to 80 avatars. It is not currently an "always-on" region, but that option is available should the new owner choose to upgrade.
All of the content that is currently on the region would remain there and would remain the property of the original owners. I won't delete anything but I would retain ownership of the buildings and landscaping because it's too difficult to change ownership with permissions and all. The new owner could continue using them indefinitely until or if they wish to replace them. I will give the new owner copies of all of the buildings that I created that are displayed in Coopersville with the exception of the content on the center Four Winds area which will be deleted.
On the north side of the region are 14 256x256 islands, all but 3 currently have renters. These islands rent for $5.00 USD per month or $1000 KC. I hope the new owner would continue offering island rentals for the sake of the current residents, but that’s completely up to them.
There are also 13 free homes around the perimeter of the main continent (in the southwest area of the region). All but one are currently occupied, and those homes are presently free for the residents — again, the new owner can decide how they want to handle that.
There is a large downtown area on the main continent. It has 19 shops that are currently free to the merchants occupying them. A 20th shop is by the ocean. The new owner can decide if they want to continue this.
Coopersville, although Edwardian themed, is not currently a roleplay region. The new owner could easily change it to roleplay. There are areas that are perfect for events too.

A few more tips on using the track.
Please only buy or copy the vehicles provided and then rezz them. The cars should be refueled at the gas station to the left of the vehicles before starting the ride. However, there are 2 other filling stations on the route, one at the ADAZ Area and another on the open road.
The Mercedes Cabrio now has a 2nd seat for a passenger.

THE FIRST STORE IS UP!
I normally dont put other peoples creations out in a store in my grid unless i have permission. But I had new members in my grid asking for BDSM collars, Arcadia who worked with lotek who brought the original opensim collar in world made some really great ones with script fixes. I was sad to hear he retired and she has most likely stepped back. I was able to find his collars thanks to a new friend and i have placed them out for all to enjoy. They have all been updated to the last version update I knew off and I have added a few cool animations.
If anyone who really new the owner of arcadia wants to make a special sign i would love to place it in the store to show where they came from.
Lotek was a good friend of mine and i want to continue to show the great work she has done.
there are also the owner huds and a couple of leash posts.

was für eine grandiose Zeit liegt hinter uns! Auch in diesem Jahr durften wir gemeinsam einen unglaublich schönen Karneval im Pangea Grid erleben. Es war ein Fest der Farben, der Fantasie und der puren Lebensfreude. Einer der unbestrittenen Höhepunkte war unser Rosenmontagsumzug, bei dem sich Kreativität und Gemeinschaftssinn auf beeindruckende Weise vereinten.
Ein riesiges Dankeschön gebührt all jenen, die mit unermüdlichem Einsatz und grenzenloser Vorstellungskraft die unfassbar kreativen Wagen, Flugzeuge, UFOs und viele andere wunderbare Konstruktionen gebaut haben. Ihr habt das Pangea Grid in ein wahres Narrenschiff verwandelt und damit unzähligen Menschen Freude bereitet!
Besonders freuen wir uns, dass auch in diesem Jahr wieder zahlreiche auswärtige Grids teilgenommen haben, was unseren Karneval zu einem noch vielfältigeren und mitreißenderen Ereignis gemacht hat. Ein herzliches Dankeschön an das Soul Grid, das Monroose Grid, das Nabila Grid, CCI Bikerworld, SoA.Bad und SINAS.S, die HG Safari sowie Loru.Destiny aus dem Grid Artdestiny! Fred Beckhusen-Ferd Frederix Thank you, for lending a hand in this project. Fred took a model with over 800 parts then used Blender modifiers to clean edges, and a script that helped to reduce the level of detail. Because Putin is afraid that if ukraine gets into nato as a full member they will put a nato base in ukraine. This is about 200 miles from moscow. An ICBM could be at moscow before they could knock it down. Putin is afraid and feels cornered, and like any rabid dog, He will bite. Because Putin is insane, he can and will use Nukes on ukraine if pressed too far. Like if he feels certain He is going to lose with his troops (and let's face it, he's not losing with his troops.) But say he was losing with his troops, He would definitely use nukes. This is why Ukraine cannot win this war. So now what? Do you think we should keep pouring money into a bottomless pit or seek peace? If we do not seek peace, more and more of ukraine will fall until Russia has control of it anyway. (Like what is happening now.) I say give him the land he wants of ukraine so that he at least has a chance in minutes to knock down the ICBMS so he is no longer afraid.
