Version 2.5 released
* Added minimum region maturity so it wont do local chat if lower maturity than set.

I went over to look and was banned because my world doesn't yet accept visitors. Its brand new and has nothing on it. I explained this to him and I got no reply and banned. Ridiculous behavior.
