We imported an oar from another grid during a transfer and it had a botched bowling alley in it. Didn't realize it was replicating "physical" bowling pins all over the grid. lol. it got to the point where nobody could move like walking in molasses rubber bands. So I made this module to put physics to sleep when nobody is around. :) so we spent all day hunting down every last bowling pin and destroying it, which was tricking because they weren't showing up in area search and many of them were in 0,0,0 corners of regions all over the grid so we had to excavate and go deep-sea diving to find them. So now the grid is running smooth and no crashes. yay. The module is here maybe it's useful. it puts physical prims to sleep if nobody is on the region so it reduces the work of the physics engine. First an idea. Then the drawing. Then realization. Created in Rhino from scratch using curves, extrusion, and capping, with cabochons and beading using array along the curve. No AI then, Just imagination, design, and craftsmanship. When you learn the tools anything is possible. The key is to try the tools and addons. Blender has wonderful addon called JewelCraft https://blender-addons.org/jewelcraft/. Spend just a few minutes a day learning it and in no time you will be creating wonderful designs. Some say I really don't need jewelry in virtual but when you replicate your grandmothers ring or learn to do that for others it is wonderful. I once created a book locket and a grandmother's ring for someone those are my most fond memories. Thank you for the requests. I was asked have I tried MeshyAI in jewelry creating, not yet but I have played a bit with MeshyAI and yes I see how it can create wonderful mesh parts for jewelry virtually, not so much for RL jewelry. I recently 3d printed in wax my Peace for Ukraine Pendant and the detail is really nice, the next step is lost wax casting. Give jewelry creating a try, having a ton of fun!!

Welcome to the Rogue-Grid Dungeon Kit! This modular, open-source
toolkit allows grid owners to easily deploy a plug-and-play, interactive
roguelike game loop on any OpenSim region.

This kit runs on 100% pure, native LSL. It requires NO special OSSL
server permissions or .ini file modifications. It is fully compatible
with Standalone, Robust, Diva, and Hypergrid destinations!

Testing UTF-8 First/Last name and profiles. I've made changes on the server to enable this functionality on Holoneon Grid. Probably doesn't work to TP off-grid, but it's a first test. Unfortunately the viewers are still seemingly stuck in the year 2003 and don't allow UTF8 in FirstName/LastName login fields, but it's a simple patch and rebuild to allow PrintableUTF8NoSpace instead of boring ASCII :) I think a good number of users or potential users are in countries that aren't limited to English characters. :)

Ozone System Standards— A Clarification Nobody Asked For But Everyone Needed

Dismayland used to enforce a SYSTEM AVATAR requirement. We lifted it. Adult avatars which meet the SYSTEM requirement pass without any problem. Height complaints are coming in and Dirty Helga wants the System Avatar rule reinstated.

Ozone enforces SYSTEM STANDARDS. Not YOUR standards. The ones baked in by the OpenSim developers themselves. If the developers wanted child-proportioned avatars in-world, the sliders would allow them. They don't. That was a development choice. We honor it. Dismayland has NO real-world standards and is not auditioning for any. We run the software the way its creators intended. If your poorly rigged attachment stack is triggering the scanner, you will be processed accordingly.

I am not maintaining a whitelist of ripped mesh from twenty different grids of dubious origin so that waist-height avatars can squeak through. Every grid worth visiting provides starter avatars. Our Atrius Station has them. Dismayland is well worth the the extra effort some visitors will need to make to enjoy the experience.
