Themes change weekly

Lately I have noticed a lot of drama, bashing, shaming and finger pointing. I am not taking sides but I felt this needed to be said.

As a grid owner I feel its important to talk to other grid owners, get to know them, work with them on issues and problems.

When did it get to the point that we dont listen to other grid owners or its members? If a grid owner or a member came to me about an issue with one of my members I would hear both sides of the story.

I dont block an entire grid unless I have a valid reason or they have me blocked and no way to resolve the issue. I prefer to just block the said member if I have very good reason otherwise I talk to the grid owner.

I dont know why some have to be too busy to not care, I suppose its why I like being a small grid. I want the time to talk to my members, see there cool builds, work on the grid and support other grids.

I know that running a grid is a lot of work, I understand that it can make grid owners so busy. But I dont feel its hard to take 5 minutes or less to listen to members or other grid owners.

If we are constantly tearing each other down, accusing other grids or people, then someday there may not be anything left in Opensim.

My door is always open for anyone that needs to talk.

Finding the costumes was so much fun, and our friend Prim Ativ told us where we could find some really nice costumes. Everyone did an amazing job dressing for the "era" of Stag Hollow and they looked amazing.

Autumn is my favorite time of year! So on Sunday, September 21 Rocky Shores will have a special event. Rocky shores and my club On The Rocks are decked out for the cooler time of year. We are also celebrating the International Day of Peace. Maldrul is selecting some good 'ol rock songs and of course his something completely different.

We had a positively amazing time at the Autumn Fest celebration in Stag Hollow. Working on a V3 (VERSION 3) of the Weather Online System. A friend once reminded me "-What about cities you find on many places with same name?". I was a valid question: V2 script would take one randomly. Now, one can either specify on dialog menu "Springfield, IL,US (Illinois, United States) or insert the latitude/longitude coordinates. Also I made all, I said ALL countries codes available on script so if one select a city, it will show on open chat the full name in English of the country. Still need do some tweaks and test before releasing it.

The Annual Hypergrid Community Celebration that began as AvatarFest, became OpenSimFest, and is now #OSFest2025, is a 3D virtual festival where anyone from any OpenSimulator grid can participate from any timezone! Starting this year, you can now host OSFest events on your home grid or, as always, get a free exhibit or store parcel on the OSFest grid. Artists, creators, builders, merchants, educators, developers, grid owners, performers, and hosts - you can showcase whatever, celebrate however, or host wherever you want. Help others find you on the Hypergrid by being a part of the celebration - virtually together.

For #OSFest2025, rather than a specific theme, since anyone can now participate whether on their home grids or the OSFest grid, take a look at this year's logo created by Banker Ibor. Parkway Drive: Die Reise einer Metalcore-Legende

Die Geschichte von Parkway Drive beginnt in einer kleinen Küstenstadt in Australien, wo eine Gruppe von Freunden ihre Leidenschaft für harte Musik in etwas Größeres verwandelte. Im Sommer 2003 gründeten sie die Band in Byron Bay, New South Wales. Der Name stammt von der Straße, in der sie ihre ersten Proben abhielten, einem Ort, der schnell zu einem Treffpunkt für lokale Musiker wurde. In einer Region, die eher für Strände und Surfen bekannt ist, fehlten Orte für Punk und Hardcore-Auftritte, also schufen sie ihren eigenen Raum.
