Old concrete walls exude a rugged charm, their surfaces marked by time and the elements. Pitted with irregular holes, these imperfections create a textured landscape that catches the light in interesting ways. Stains of various hues—rusty browns, faded greens, and deep grays—tell stories of weathering and wear, as moss and lichen cling stubbornly to the cracks. The rough, mottled surface feels cool to the touch, while the air carries a faint, earthy scent of dampness and age. Each blemish and discoloration adds character, transforming the wall into a canvas of history, where every mark holds a memory of its past.

My most recent build for our Japanese themed region. The Watatsumi Pagoda Temple. It isn't completely finished as I need to add doors and furnishings but otherwise it is complete. If you love Japanese culture and history you may well enjoy this region and the things we've built like the emperor's palace and courtyard garden, the samurai house and some Japanese houses that are beautiful and simplistic in harmony with the land. There are shrines where one can relax and meditate and paths that lead to interesting things. Drop in and enjoy a self guided tour on horseback if you like. Blessings and much love, Lavia.
