Faith, Hope, No Charity.
The hair is named Faith. The skirt is named Hope. And Charity? There is no item named Charity in this outfit. I couldn't find anything with that name in my inventory or in the shops I visited. I even asked a few friends. No luck. I was tempted to change the name of the boots to Charity. But look at them. I'd never get away with the ruse. Faith. Hope. No Charity. Sorry. Don't usually do drama politics lol but i recieved more than the usual Hate Mail since posting here. 1. This is no Second Life 2. 70% of the items i see for sale in Second Life are free downloadable objects and clothes modified and then resold for quite alot of money (i do game graphics in RL) 3. OS Grid came to us as a free open source and is especially valuable to those who are handicapped and on low incomes who can never never never afford SL to create their dreams 4. No other grid would be around if not for the FREE tech service from OS grid staff and developers 5. If you tweeked your copy of OS Grid sofware for YOUR GRID and it runs better GREAT that is what we want! YOUR HAPPINESS 6. I want to clarify something there is someone going around spreading rumors about Club Equinox closing down~! Let me set the record straight! Club Equinox was started 3 years ago on the Kinky Grid by me and my Sister Chynna those that been to the old Equinox know her! There were not that many clubs around then and alot of them that were are gone today. We work hard to make Equinox a drama free no issues place to come party and anyone who ever came knows that we are a fun place to party! Xaria is and has always been a great partner in the club, We have seen a decline in people coming but we will be here for a very long time in the future we have many plans and improvements ! WE HAVE NO PLANS TO CLOSE~!~~~ so with that i want to stop the rumor mill that people have started about Xaria and Me many times before if anyone wants to find out whats going on your all more than happy to ask me or Xaria we be more than happy to tell you!

I don't care how others see myself after this but folks need a bucket of truth. I'm a fur, we stopped caring what others thought about us after the media started taking pot-shots at our community, so let's begin.
1. Open Simulator uses code from Linden Labs' software. This fact alone makes OpenSim a copybot of itself. How? By continual development using core OpenSim. It would require a major rewrite to fix this.
2. 90% of active Opensim users are using botted items anyway. It's the only way to get content away from Second Life for places like OpenSim to thrive.
3. Grids have the right to block whomever they want to. Whining about it doesn't magically reverse it.
4. There are clauses in OpenSim to deter would-be copyrighters. Don't want to deal with it? Shut down your grid, and go away or don't complain. You knew this was a possibility when becoming a grid owner.
5. True major violators are delt with. Kitely has a giant issue with this still.
6. Visitors need to know that not ever location on OSW is ran on some corporate super computer 24hrs a day. Most are on personal computers being ran on sub-par internet. Just like #3, whining about it doesn't magically fix it.
7. The only true OpenSim grid that will remain when the others have left will be OsGrid. Is it a ghost town 90% of the time? Yeah it is but when the OsGrid fundraiser comes around, it's always filled.
8. OpenSimWorld and SatyrFarm are projects from one person done in spare time. Whining about it doesn't make him appear from thin air and fix whatever issue you're having.
9. The Swiss stating what their laws on copyright is makes them transparent, not troublesome. Only an idiot sees it that way. The Swiss was also home to The Pirate Bay - US Copyright laws do not and will not exist there, nor are they enforced. Even Trump won't mess with the Swiss.
10. Any grid owner who uses the God mode function to force object ownership to themselves is using their executive powers that have been a staple of OpenSim/Second Live since 2005. Second Life viewer 1.0 had this function for admins to do this very thing if residents became unruly.
11. Visitors need to realize that servers and internet aren't for free - grids and standalone regions need that to cover their cost or we find ourselves whining about why such and such place or grid isn't around anymore. It's because of whiny children who feel entitled to everything, even if their in their 40s. This very argument is why minimum wage and cost of living in the US went up.
12. Giving something away that costs people money isn't a violation no matter how you look at it or there'd be more people in jail(starting with the new head of the FCC/AT&T kiss ass).
There, now that I've thoroughly covered everything and offended everyone it had to be said. Those that wonder why OpenSim hasn't evolved only need to look in the mirror. We are the ones slowly killing OpenSim from the inside out. We are the ones pushing newcomers away with our he said/she said bullshit and of our screams of what's deemed right and wrong. Second Life is still here. Why? Because they control stuff like this from getting out of hand(and we passed that threshold yesterday) and don't act like children while doing it. Why is OsGrid still here while other major grids failed? Same reason. InWorldz went under because of how its residents acted, not Beth, not Tranquility.
To be honest I don't care if I've offended anyone with the truth. It sucks - get over it. Boredom is not a valid excuse for stupidity(I'm going to use that as a tag line now I think). We should be thinking about what the next big thing should be for OpenSim, then embrace it. No police it to death where no one wants it. If these aren't your ideals then just shut your computer off, disconnect your internet, and go play outside.

What would life be without drama?. We all love a good dramatic performance, and even reward good dramatists with Oscars. Being good lovers of drama ourselves in opensimworld, we decided to introduce two new Dramatic features to the website:
1. We are introducing the new Drama group. This zone is especially reserved for outbursts of emotion, adrenaline explosions, and generally high drama. We will be moving here any public threads that we feel are worthy of an Oscar from now on. Who knows, maybe we ll have an actual awards ceremony in the end.
2. We will be removing comments from Dramatic users from the frontpage. Those selected users will still be able to create comments and everything, but those won't appear in the frontpage. If a dramatic user feels that they no longer want to be dramatic, they have to contact us using the contact link
We hope you enjoy our new dramatic improvements, and we wish happy drama to everyone. And if you don't enjoy them, feel free to respond with an outburst of drama.

Last night someone was on my sim for 4 min and wrote a review:
"The lag dragged me out of this sim and I´m on a high end computer. Less would be more in this case or change the server!"
When I came online this morning and looked at my traffic board I was looking what could be the reason. That it is so laggy that it dragged him from my sim must be a reason different from his computer, if it is really high end computer.
I am the whole day on my sim with a MacBook Air. Not really high end for opensim. I have to emulate an Intel processor and emulate OpenGL because MacOS is not supporting openGL since 13 years or so anymore. I have even on normal 1x1 sims with an Island and house on it never more than 30 fps framerate. So I think my computer is for this game on low end but can even take videos of Big City Life as you can see in more than 50 videos on my rumble page.
So there must be a reason for it that he was even dragged with his super high end computer (if this is true and this review was honest meant)
I have a suspect. I have also an OSgrid avi but don't hypergrid with it anymore. I just park it on Lbsa. But for my MacBook Air it seems much more difficult to hypergrid with my OSgrid Avi than with my main Avi or my Avi of Wolf territories I use now often for hypergridding while I park my main avi at home.
But on the other side I see on my board that someone with his OSgrid avi was 23 min on my sim. So he must have been no problems. Usually my visitors stay 1-4 min or half hour to an hour on my sim. The first ones that just stay on my sim for few min have usually just an older Laptop or so and see very fast that their framerate is very low. So this is normal. My Big City Life is a 7x7 sim heavy loaded with thousands of scripts running. It is normal that user will go immediately when they find out that they can't walk straight on my sim. I always said that I built this sim the limit of what opensim as technology is capable of so that I can even live on the sim with my MacBook Air. And this is not a gamer computer.
But I suspect there is another reason. A resident on my sim has a new gamer Laptop (5300 Euro) and tried out with different Avis from different grids how performance is. Usually she has always 60 fps with one avi. She tried out also with 2 and 3 Avis at the same time. The interesting point is that she had with her decadence avi and her wolf territories avi 34 fps and with her osgrid avi 21 fps at the same time while staying with 3 avis on Big City Life. So her Osgrid Avi had lower framerate although it should have been same as the other while view of all 3 avis should are same/similar.
I get mostly visitors from many different grids. Perhaps when you come to my sim you should try out with avis from different grids. Perhaps there is now some technical problem with OSgrid that hypergridding is more difficult.
Just my thoughts about this case for a reason.

So her Osgrid Avi had lower framerate although it should have been same as the other while view of all 3 avis should are same/similar.
I get mostly visitors from many different grids. Perhaps when you come to my sim you should try out with avis from different grids. Perhaps there is now some technical problem with OSgrid that hypergridding is more difficult.
Just my thoughts about this case for a reason.

if you have the latest version of Firestorm and you want to see or get a mirror for your house, you already have one in Tierra de Volcanes, you don't need ultra graphics, or anything special, just in preferences check mirror, and in detail Reflection: real time.
with this you can see your reflection even if you are in medium graphics... like me :)

Roz Carr, born Rosamond Halsey Carr, was an American humanitarian and author who became widely known for her work in Rwanda. Born in 1912, she spent much of her early life as a fashion illustrator and model in New York before marrying British explorer Kenneth Carr.
In 1949, Roz Carr moved to Rwanda with her husband, where they managed a pyrethrum (a type of chrysanthemum used in insecticide) plantation. After her marriage ended, she remained in Rwanda, which became her home for the rest of her life. During the Rwandan Genocide in 1994, she witnessed the horrors of the conflict firsthand. Following the genocide, Roz Carr dedicated herself to helping orphaned children, founding the Imbabazi Orphanage on her plantation to provide care and education to children who had lost their families.
Carr authored a memoir titled Land of a Thousand Hills: My Life in Rwanda, which recounts her experiences in the country, from the time she arrived in the 1940s to the years following the genocide. Her work earned her recognition as a significant humanitarian figure, and she continued to live in Rwanda until her death in 2006 at the age of 94.
Roz Carr's legacy lives on through the orphanage and the lives of the 400 children she helped.

Active NPC's Question
I have set out a bunch of waypoints and linked them and everything works as it should. I can tell the NPC to go to various places. Its pretty cool. Whats not so cool is the huge wait time at each waypoint.
The NPC will say " If you want to go there, follow me." and will start walking. I start following, but it stops for a good 10-15 seconds at each waypoint along the way. How would I make this delay shorter or go away altogether?
