Die drei winterlichen Sims sind ja schon das Jahr über "geöffnet" - die Adventszeit naht - und an jedem der Adventsabende im Dezember gibt es wieder eine Lesung mit Rubeus in den Märchenzelten. Abwechselnd auf dem Weihnachtsmarkt in Dorenas World und in Rubeus`Santas Winterwunderland.
Ab 20:00 gibt es dann eine runde Stunde Geschichten und Musik zur Adventszeit zu hören - davor gibts auch schon ein wenig "festliche Klänge" zur Einstimmung. Am 1. und am 3. Advent treffen wir uns im Märchenzelt auf Dorenas Weihnachtsmarkt

This Comming Sunday I will do a MEMORIAL for DeeJay James Bogbat who passed away on the 17th of November 2024.
James was very loved my many.
His RL wife asked me to take over his DJ sessions on the sundays as he would liked that, and I was very honored and could not resist saying Yes.
My first show on the sunday will be all for James as a Memorial and a Tribute to James.
It will be a very special one with a laugh and tear, but we are going to celebrate his life as good as we can with some dancing ofcourse.
For those who knew him, please you are all very welcome from 6 to 8am with the morning breakfast show at AMV Welcome.

At 11am we have a service at the Memorial region for James as well lead by Cataplexia Numbers.
Come as you are, there is no dresscode, just be yourself as our James was as well.

Our dates have changed to January 11 & 12, 2025. It is a great time for the hypergrid to be waking up to the new year!

We will be hosting a variety of events at a variety of locations designed for educational experiences! We are looking for the following:
- Poster Sessions (templates and assistance provided)
- Speakers (30-45 min) (Assistance with presentation slides and posters provided)
- Interactive workshops (1 - 1.5 hrs) Curriculum and media support, coaching provided, assistance with facilitation provided upon request.

Come share your educational projects and efforts throughout OpenSim!

The conference starts @ 9 am grid time each morning, with the poster sessions on the first two hours of each morning.

There will be sessions throughout the day, with a 30 min break in between morning and afternoon.

The Funsize Dinkies Christmas Road Trip is set to begin on Wednesday, 4th December, 11th Dec and 18th Dec. Funsize Dinkies are always excited and ready for adventures, we will be gathering at the resort just before 8am like usual.

The Tour bus will be loaded with snacks, blankets, and festive music playing as we hit the road. We will be driving through snowy mountains, and shared plenty of laughs along the way.

So, any Dinkies out there around Opensim come and join us its going to be fun!

I have new information to add anyhow :D

I'm working on a Japanese region and needed some fences, walls and gates so I created them. They turned out very nice especially the stone wall with the terra cotta roof tiles which are 3D and both sets are mesh with linked doors for easy set up. The stone wall has a corner piece to fill in corner gaps and they have a nice realistic look. So if you're planning anything that looks Asian, these may come in quite handy. They're free and full perm at the Garden Center here at the mall. Blessings and much love, Lavia.
