Millions of stars lit up Caribou when I took Monkey on my shoulder for a little break from my landscaping. I sent a loving thought to my friend Veri McMaster who taught me so much. She is now with the angels, and I miss her badly.
Veri knew that our experiences in OS can have a healing effect on our brains. She went out to prove this by taking many people to adult environments and experiences. We talked much about her project, and she inspired me to read more and follow up on what she was doing.
Veri was right. Environment, architecture, experiences, good relations, can all improve our neurological health. But there is also a dark side of adult life in OS which has opposite effects.
I know it myself. For almost a year I lived through a period of exclusion and harassment. My friends were lost and lies were circulated. I was excluded from all adult events and groups all over OS. If I asked something I was told that these are only my own sick fantasies. My friends were told to ignore me or they would get excluded themselves.
I was as alone as can be, night after night, week after week. And no. I was not feeling well.
My few remaining friends saved me. But I still suffer from what happened.
This is a dangerous game. I don’t think that most people understand how dangerous it is. Lonely people who maybe have other health problems may fare much worse than I did.
I now own a major region and grid, caribougrid.com. I am happily partnered and have many new friends. Some have apologized for their treatment of me which I do appreciate.
I still suffer from the old lies that were circulated. I am not allowed into most adult events and sites. This does not hurt me anymore. I go where I am welcome and wonder about the others.
I wanted to tell this to explain my approach to Caribou. We will never exclude anyone, and we will never accept any harassment on these islands. There will never be groups that exclude others. Everyone will be welcome on these adult islands where there are as few rules as we can have.
If you have similar experiences please talk with me. We don't offer professional advice but it may help to talk, and to know that there are others as well. Such as I myself.

The Magic Huds have all been updated today 2/20/2024. This update fixes a problem which would present itself if two witches tried to use their huds in the same region. (or 2 elves, or 2 wizards, or 2 fairies, or 2 vampires). What previously happened is that one witch would control the other witches magic at the same time as hers. This has been fixed. Now when you wear the magic hud, it brands to YOUR avatar. This stops other people who have the same magic from accidentally using your magic and casting 2 spells simultaneously. Make sense?

Pictured is a panoramic view of the entire Emporium region which is all at ground level, with Luxor visible beyond the Castles area. The central store is large, with multiple rooms that include themes such as Christmas, Gothic, Vampire, Arcane Magic, Castles, Steampunk Airships, Medieval, Japanese/Asian, Greek and Roman, Statuary, Decor, freebies, large architecture in multiple styles, and large Venues.
Surrounding the central rotunda are large viewing parcels where you can walk through all of the structures available for purchase. They can be accessed by teleport boards, bridges, flying, or taking a boat ride. There is a freebies section inside the central store with several items free to anyone. Also available for free are the Ruth 2.0 and Roth 2.0 mesh avatars along with the current huds and accessories.
Important Note: Use Shared Environment and higher graphics to see the region properly. As you explore the various parcels, the sky settings will change to fit the theme.

A big shoutout to the Sons of Anarchy MC Club over in OsGrid for the copyable Choppers. These bikes are great to ride and they lean on the bends very well. They are not the fastest bikes in the world but a lot of fun to ride around the streets of Alexander City.
When you jump on any of the bikes they will have 12 litres of gas in the tank. 1 lap of the City or the Circuit will use about 4 litres of gas, so at some point you will need to get fuel. There are four fuel filling stations on the region. When you pull up to the pump go down the gears, hit page dn so the bike idles and then click the pump. Your bike will be refuelled in appx 10 seconds. There is also a Female Leather outfit at the Bike Store if you want to take a copy. Please leave a comment about Alexander City and the Chooppers. How is organized the city splitted into the 16th regions.
Every one have the same start name: Ciudad_404_ where the can be found on the image, so on the middle there is Ciudad_404_1, and on the left Ciudad_404_2.
More than 34.000 prims, some districts of the city are not fully finished, other are half or not still initiated, but I'm still working on it (since it's a project I'm doing alone)

After we had recently decided to close our clubs for publicly advertised events, because there is no fanbase and community for what we offer in Opensim, this is also not appreciated, the preparation of the events and hard work for the Opensim community is not in reality, we have now also decided to close our repeatedly attacked mall.
