The satellite space race / La carrera espacial de satelites

End of World War II

- AMERICA gets Nazi developers of the V2, von Braun's equipment.
- The V2 factory is located on German land belonging to RUSSIA and obtains a model of the V2.
- The V2 is launched in Russia and explodes.
- Russia develops a new rocket with detachable modules.
- It is revealed that SS Commandant von Braun directly selected Jewish slaves to work as slaves in the V2 factory

The cold war begins, Sergei Korolev, the chief designer of the Soviets and his team are in hiding and isolated from the world.
are hidden and isolated from the world (they do not exist and if they do, they will return to the Gulag).

Meanwhile, von Braun and his Nazi team in America are ignored.

- 1952 America decides to drop the bombs with submarines and planes.
- Russia does the same
- America limits the range and size of the rockets it designs even for military missiles.
- Russia designs the R7, but is only allowed to send bombs.
- Von Braun gets help from the Disney company and sells his space idea on television. Social pressure causes the U.S. government to create a space plan.
- Russia still fails to launch satellites
- U.S. decides to give the satellite contract to the Navy and not von Braun.
- Sergei Korolev convinces his government to do the same (finally).

BOTH SIDES TEST INCREASINGLY POWERFUL NUCLEAR BOMBS.

- The American Jupiter C created by von Braun's team reaches altitude to put satellites on it, but... that contract is with the U.S. Navy.
- The Russian R7 also explodes.
-Despite von Braun's success, he is still denied satellite launches. And he hides parts of his rocket in the hope that the Navy will fail.
- The Russian R7 is christened by pissing on it (Russian custom). It disintegrates in a few seconds. After 3 attempts, they launch it again and it fails again.
They only give it one more chance.
- Last launch attempt. It reaches 6000 km, farther than the Americans.
He is given permission to launch an R7 with the Sputnik satellite, which will demonstrate to everyone with an audible signal, that he is in space.

Russia wins the satellite race. The first man-made object to orbit the earth.

My latest build - Lavine Manor House - it has areas for a Kitchen, a Diningroom, a Livingroom and Entry room on the 1st floor, the 2nd floor is one large room which can be used for a large family room, game room or whatever your pleasure is and the 3rd floor has 2 bedrooms and 2 private bathrooms. It does not come furnished so you can have fun shopping to furnish it to your own tastes. This home has specially designed windows that really do not need curtains or drapes, sliding front and back doors and cedar paneling. The stairwell is large, open and allows one to enjoy their surrounding scenery. I very much enjoyed building it and I hope you will enjoy living in it! In light of all the complaining about "copybotting" we have decided to give a "Builder's School" a shot, but this is strictly for beginners. If you are a seasoned builder it's not for you, however, if you'd like to share tips and building ideas to help other's become awesome builders it would be most welcome. If we get enough interest, we will set out a region and beacon and set up a day of the week when we can help teach building all manner of things from homes to hats and more. If you are interested in learning to build and give your grid original and unique content, these classes may just be for you. We will be teaching not only prim building, but how to turn that into mesh and also terraforming and landscaping as well as texture aligning and including many tips that make building in Open Sim a really "FUN" experience. Are you a peace maker? Are you a peace maker or a troubler stirrer? Do you do things to escalate situations or do you calm down people and settings? Who are you? Try to understand what it would be like to be either of the people involved in the argument, and why they feel so strongly about the situation - even if they are polar opposite one another in their beleifs. How do people arrive at entirely different sides of an argument 180 degrees apart? How can a view point change the meaning of words from black to white? Is it perspective? What can you do to help? Are emotions heated? Is anyone getting hurt? Is what YOU are doing making the situation better? What kind of person are you? The bible says that if you think everyone else is evil, that it is actually YOU who are evil. Learn to love everyone, and always always operate from a base of love. Are you a peace maker? or a trouble maker? Does your joy come from stirring up strife among people? Ask yourself if that is the case why your joy must come from darkness, instead of light? What is wrong with you? How can you change to become a better person?
