The pond has been cleared and restored to a pure and peaceful state, allowing its surface to reflect the sky with clarity, creating a more serene and deeply zen environment.

The koi sculpture rises with quiet grace, watching over the water as if guiding the flow of thoughts and dreams. Bamboo sways in the background, cherry trees bloom with delicate color and the lanterns glow with a warm and welcoming spirit. Every element speaks softly, encouraging stillness, reflection and the simple beauty of being present.

In the heart of the garden stands the wish balloon, waiting with gentle patience. Visitors may touch it and release a wish, sending their hope into the universe with trust and lightness. It is a small act, yet it carries a sense of magic, a reminder that intention can travel far beyond the boundaries of the garden.

This place is also a sanctuary for love, a setting where couples can walk together, take photographs and capture moments filled with tenderness. Chains Off: The Resurrection of the MS Axiom
After 12 long years trapped in legal limbo—chained up, stored away in a locked vault, and frozen by a bitter land dispute that had nothing to do with Opensea Cruise Lines—the MS Axiom is finally breaking free.
What started as a dream project for a revolutionary cruise experience (complete with 4 Regions of Ship!) got caught in the crossfire: a tangled mess between landowners, leasing investors, and shadowy no-name cartels who seized control of the construction site. While the battles raged in courtrooms and on disputed acres, the ship sat silent, her decks gathering dust, her systems outdated, and her future uncertain. Opensea Cruise Lines fought to keep her alive, but the chains held firm—until now.
On March 3, 2026, the litigation lifted, the locks were cut, and the revival began. Engineers are already aboard, airing her out, cataloging missing pieces, and drafting urgent work assignments. Modern systems are being wired in, outdated tech replaced, and reconstruction kicked off this week. The MS Axiom isn't just being repaired—she's being reborn stronger, smarter, and ready for her next chapter.

Yesterday, we were officially invited into the MS Axiom's new construction facility to set up cameras, lighting, and all the gear needed to capture every weld, every upgrade, and every triumphant moment. And yes, before you ask — there WILL be rum. There's always rum. We may not have a plan, but we have rum, and honestly, that's half the battle.
