This is a bad idea simply because it has been done so many times before.

I've been working on this turn of the century "Store House" which is a Store and a House. Back in the 19th century and early 20th century, and in fact some places still today, are designed so that folks can run their business from the first floor of their home which was generally kept separate from the living quarters of the house. This house is designed with walnut floors, sponge plaster ceilings, acacia wood trim and lattice (semi Tudor) windows. It has three chimneys which service all three floors. There was little to no indoor plumbing back then and the type of heat we have today did not exist so they had either a fireplace or coal or wood stove on each floor to provide adequate heat. Some homes did have hand pumps for water in them but most water was carried in buckets from a well nearby and heated on the coal or wood stoves to use for cooking, cleaning, laundry and bathing. If you happen to be working on a western or midwestern town setting, this build would be perfect for you. A little piece of history always adds a authentic touch to any region. It is full perm, however, it is total mesh so removing parts is not advisable, however you may re texture it, just understand that even back then, when they found wallpaper (most folks only had wood or plaster) they used the same wallpaper in every room, so if you re texture the entire inside of the build will be that texture. The walls are two faced in that you can put one texture on the outside of the building and a different one on the inside and all of the baseboards are a different texture. You may copy it and or transfer it or share it to others. Just have fun with it...Blessings and much love, Lavia

I added a cluster of farming stores. It was getting a bit crowded and starting to look unkempt, so I went and put those stores behind the landing point on the other side of the fence.

All you have to do is click on the fence and it will open automatically for you and let you through! :D

Something I've been working with for a while now was how to make a decent tree trunk and branches and finally, at last, I got one that doesn't look too bad. It's a North American Pignut Hickory, or what we always called a Hognut tree. They're beautiful and provide lots of shade especially when you're on a walk through the woods in the summer and they smell so good in the fall, and the hickory wood burning on a campfire or in a fireplace smells so good! Anyway, it's at the mall in the garden center waiting just for you to beautify your region. Pop in and take a look around and go a little "nuts"...pun intended. Avedon Park is happy to welcome Clutterbugs, a small shop full of ...clutter! Some clever clutter. Some cute clutter, all kinds of clutter. All items are of good mesh quality and range from the smallest desktop item, to very large items. Come by and visit and be sure to explore Avedon Park! Everyone is welcome.

It has come to my attention that as of late, the metaverse is just packed with more and more people. Everywhere I go, I meet people. It's getting hard to find an empty sim anymore. People are packed into dance parties like beans stuffed in a fat burrito, so tightly you can barely move for all the lag. Everywhere you look more and more people are signing up every day. The numbers show it, and numbers don't lie. The reason for this is very simple. People are tired of paying for secondLife now that you can get the same quality or better here. People are tired of advertising sign packed regions of secondLife and come here initially as a camping trip, only deciding to build a cabin and live by the lake. It's amazing! Everywhere you look new people. I bet every time I go out I make new friends and meet new peoople! :)

I build this for a friend, a tree hut with a deck and a log bridge in between. It is not yet available at the mall but will be soon enough. It is small though the tree is big and the deck is a good size for dances and such. Access from the ground is via a teleporter.
