Most items upstairs are currently set for sale at $0. You’ll also find a dedicated Art Deco section that I hope you’ll enjoy.

To get there, walk inside the shop and go around the front wall. You’ll see a large sign pointing to the stairs.

Please note that I’m still working on some pieces, and more items will be added soon. I’m also creating many new designs, so be sure to check back often.

Most of these items were created using Meshy and 3DAI Studio, along with plenty of imagination. They aren’t perfect. Much of this collection was made while Meshy6 was still in beta. Since its full release in January, the quality has improved significantly. Anything created after January reflects those improvements, and the quality will continue to get better going forward.

Imagine a marketplace that never closes. Service providers no longer advise their clients amidst filing cabinets and fluorescent lights, but in designed, interactive environments. Workshops take place in spaces tailored to the topic. Education becomes accessible. Collaboration becomes a tangible, spatial experience. Expertise is given a platform – without travel time, without expensive infrastructure, without geographical boundaries.

At the same time, galleries are emerging where art is not just viewed, but experienced. Digital works don't hang on walls; they react, change, and invite immersion. Artists reach an international audience, independent of square footage and rental prices. Visitors move through curated exhibitions, speak directly with the artists, purchase works, and use them immediately. Art becomes global, interactive, and economically independent.

For over fifteen years, I have been designing and photographing such worlds. What sounds like technology is actually a discipline at the intersection of architecture, lighting design, and psychology. A virtual space only works when proportion, atmosphere, and function work together seamlessly. Textures, light sources, and spatial depth are not mere effects, but tools for creating presence. The goal is always the same: the viewer shouldn't just watch, but step inside.

I find collaborating with game designers particularly appealing. The gaming industry is growing rapidly, but growth alone doesn't create an experience. A good gaming environment must be aesthetically pleasing and, at the same time, functional from a gameplay perspective. It must provide orientation, spark curiosity, and evoke emotions. This is precisely where the magic happens: when spatial design becomes a silent storyteller.

Interior designers and decorators also benefit from this way of thinking. Digital 3D models make it possible to precisely visualize visions before the first stone is laid. Clients don't just see plans—they move through their future spaces. Decisions become clearer, processes faster, and misunderstandings less frequent.

For real estate agents, virtual tours open up a new dimension of presentation. Prospective buyers experience a property realistically without having to be physically present. This saves time, expands reach, and significantly increases the appeal of an offering. A space that resonates emotionally doesn't sell through data, but through the impression it makes.

Virtual worlds are not a replacement for reality. They are an extension. An experimental field. A laboratory for ideas. Those who design them work at the intersection of creativity and future technology. The boundaries are not technical, but conceptual.

As many of you who are close to me know, I have recently moved into our new home - Actually it's my daughter and her fiancé's new home, but the dragged ole mom here with them. The latest cuffs and Ao were not opensource. You can head to loteks store to grab a copy of any ao in there to use with 8.3.

Some animations and things were not opensource and therefore the scripts, notecards and etc have been adjusted.

I may also add some animations that were also on github.

None of this is my creation, I have had people looking for 8.3, i am not a scripter nor really a builder. I challenged myself to bring this in world.

Upon entering Fantasia, the very air feels different—lighter, warmer, and alive with a quiet magic. Before you is the Fairy Meadow, a vast rolling field carpeted with wildflowers in every imaginable color. Tiny lights drift lazily above the blossoms as fairies flit from petal to petal, their laughter sounding like soft chimes in the breeze. In that moment, you realize with absolute certainty that you have crossed into another world, one untouched by time and filled with wonder.

A gently winding path invites you forward, leading you toward the Hobbit Village nestled into grassy hills. Round wooden doors are set into the earth, each framed with ivy and flowering vines. The comforting aroma of fresh bread pulls you toward a cozy bakery, where golden loaves cool on open windowsills and the sound of cheerful humming drifts out the door. Nearby, the winery rests beneath arching grapevines, its barrels aging quietly as the scent of sweet fruit and oak fills the air. Hobbit folk pass by, tipping their hats and offering warm smiles, making you feel like a welcome guest rather than a stranger.

Continuing farther down the path, the scenery slowly transforms as towering trees rise overhead, their branches weaving together to form a natural canopy. You have entered the Fairy Forest, a place of soft shadows and glowing mushrooms that light the way. The forest hums with life—rustling leaves, distant bird calls, and the gentle trickle of hidden streams. Yet curiosity urges you onward.

The path climbs slightly and opens into a breathtaking sight: the Elven Treehouse Village. Seven magnificent treehouses stand high among ancient trees, each one unique and masterfully crafted. Lanterns glow warmly from windows, and laughter echoes through the branches. From this lofty village, you can see the meadow, the hills, and the forest—reminding you that this magical land holds endless adventures, just waiting to be discovered.

You soon realize you have only seen about one third of Fantasia!

2PM Khiron Ametza - Dedicated to music at a very young age, Khiron has spent most of her life singing in bands, and as a backing vocalist in her country, Brazil, as well as having a professional lead singing career in Japan where she performed for 6 seasons in the 90s. The voice of this incredible "Mezzo-Soprano" with a real wide range, will blow your ears, as this little lady really impresses her audience.

The concerns have been consistent and serious, especially regarding the promotion of violent and sexually exploitative themes. This type of content has no place in any community platform, and it directly undermines the safety and trust that OpenSim users expect.

OpenSim is meant to be a refuge — a creative, social, and welcoming environment where people can feel safe. When someone repeatedly promotes content that crosses clear ethical and community boundaries, it affects not only one region or one grid, but the entire OpenSim ecosystem.

I am asking the community to take this matter seriously. If you have encountered similar issues with this individual, you are encouraged to report it directly to the **OpenSimWorld.com** owner so they can review the situation and take appropriate action. Community standards only work when we uphold them together.

If anyone needs to speak with me privately about their experiences or concerns, you are welcome to reach out. This is not about drama — this is about protecting the integrity and safety of the spaces we all share.

We deserve a community where people feel safe, respected, and free from harmful content. It’s time for this issue to be addressed.
