I'm all atwitter (verified!) about the HG Safari Tour of Aether tomorrow (check event notices) I've even assembled a new out for for it.

My beloved Pop was in the habit of calling guys "sport" (unless he was calling a bald person "curly" -- but that's another story). Which is relevant, I suppose, as this outfit includes a fat-pack of "sport sneakers." And its all yours, sneakers and all, no certificate of sportiness required. And if you are bald? Well, the outfit includes hair, sport.

Getting settled in to my new region on the Genesis Roleplay Grid and this is my new shop in the mall there. The Mall will probably not be open for a while, at least not to the public, because we're busy transferring all of our stuff from the old grid to this one. But you will find many of my original creations and builds just as I had them before. I look forward to seeing all of you and having you visit GramZ's house!

Unfortunately, VelaGrid is completely gone and is currently being reinstalled, whether my Fairy Sim will be uploaded again is not yet known.

Our townhomes are coming along nicely and have been custom scripted, as well as had additional interior modifications to give you more "rooms" to work with instead of completely open space. These will be made available as free rentals once the SIM has had more construction done on it.

The Land of DragonFyre... This oar available on outworldz (just type outworldz and oar into google), is a 15 story castle, with a wizards house, a church, a beautiful forest, a lake, a micro beach, automatic npc's, massive dungeon, and even flying dragons that never stop flying. It has 2 caves, a light house, a unicorn, and a cappucino machine. This is the one to get. Make it so #1. If you are anybody that wants a land that is already premodulated in the dureum this is the place for you... A masterpiece of virtual artistry! And there's even boats and a submarine. :O OMG! If you don't git a copy of DragonFyre, you ain't got it! >:( The #1 First Place oar winner in the 2021 grid region competition for best in overall design and use of space. Don't be left out! FREE LAND -- as usual!
Update: We have five parcels in Stardew ready. (next sim over part of the continent project) Self serve, just click the mailbox and delete the available sign. All of the parcels are waterfront with street frontage. Lot E is a bit smaller and has the most streetfrontage, would be good for a service station, small marina, gift shop, grocery store, restaurant, or small retail. All free!
Thank you to everyone who so far has stepped in to help with the continent project. I will be parceling later today in Stardew. There will be nice waterfront parcels .
Parcels are homestead sized - 12K meters and up and they are flat. They are suitable for a home site. You will own the land so you can change the name of the parcel and set home. And its free.
You are allowed to fence your property if need be, but no ban lines please. Lets keep these areas semi public, semi private.
Look for the available signs in Stardew to claim a parcel.
