This oar available on outworldz (just type outworldz and oar into google), is a 15 story castle, with a wizards house, a church, a beautiful forest, a lake, a micro beach, automatic npc's, massive dungeon, and even flying dragons that never stop flying. It has 2 caves, a light house, a unicorn, and a cappucino machine. This is the one to get. Make it so #1. If you are anybody that wants a land that is already premodulated in the dureum this is the place for you... A masterpiece of virtual artistry! And there's even boats and a submarine. :O OMG! Update: We have five parcels in Stardew ready. (next sim over part of the continent project) Self serve, just click the mailbox and delete the available sign. All of the parcels are waterfront with street frontage. Lot E is a bit smaller and has the most streetfrontage, would be good for a service station, small marina, gift shop, grocery store, restaurant, or small retail. All free!
Thank you to everyone who so far has stepped in to help with the continent project. I will be parceling later today in Stardew. There will be nice waterfront parcels .
Parcels are homestead sized - 12K meters and up and they are flat. They are suitable for a home site. You will own the land so you can change the name of the parcel and set home. And its free.
You are allowed to fence your property if need be, but no ban lines please. Lets keep these areas semi public, semi private.

As I sit here listening to Bluez Preacher, the last act of OSG15B, I can't help but feel a sense of love of community and pride for a wonderful weekend long birthday celebration event. The dj's and live musicians were all Amazing. Thank you Aussie for keeping things running smoothly with backgrounds and streams! Amazing JOB! Working on my hypergates today I looked at Sketchfab to see if there were any cool gates created. A word to the wise... Please use extreme caution if you choose to execute the console command "fcache clear". When I discovered this command I thought it was wonderful because it would unblock the ability to tp to another grid when it became blocked because you'd just been there earlier, and the map would report "region not found". Here is the reason. While fcache clear does a great job clearing the fcache, it has some other side effects. In my case it caused a discrepancy between my mariadb database, and my rezzed world, which resulted in the items in the cache i cleared being deleted in my database. I wasn't even aware until about a week later. To make matters worse I advised a friend to use fcache clear, and it destroyed his grid. We realized what was happening and stopped using it, and the problems went away, though he was quite angry with me for some time. So if you do use it, just be aware that problems may be down the road to show up yet, including many items missing textures from your database when you have to restore it for whatever reason. So I apologize to anyone I recommended to use this function. Don't do it. It's for your own good.

Ever want to have your own Space Base? Created by @Fred Beckhusen and @Joe Builder Silent Refueling Base has everything you need for a working Space Base. There is a big rig carrying geoms. A CH-47D Chinook v1.0 USCG, C5 Galaxy, Towers, Satellite Dishes all the vehicles you will need too! When I asked Fred about it he said "What it might look launching the Valley Forge into space. The movie "Silent Running", with Bruce Dern, did not show this part. It is fan fiction, and has the same Aircraft Carrier "USN Valley Forge" they used as a movie set." Starbase - Asgard Dawn's Starfleet Headquarters has so much to offer for those truly into Star Trek and role play. We have worked tirelessly to make very nearly everything functional though, no, you can't fly the enterprise around as it's much too big, but we do have shuttles that can be flown, transporters, turbo lifts and even a working screen in the bridge. We will continue to make it better! We also have a functioning monorail to take you to the different buildings and offices. Our medical academy and sick bay both have working "surgical" hoods.
